Regenersis plc (the 'Company'), a strategic outsourcing partner to many of the world's leading consumer technology companies has received notification today that Jog Dhody, Chief Financial Officer of Regenersis, acquired 39,000 ordinary shares in the Company on 24 September 2013 at a price of 255p per share.
Following this acquisition, Jog Dhody has a beneficial interest of 355,285 Ordinary shares, representing 0.7% of the Company's issued share capital.
