Savings-Related Share Option Scheme (the 'Scheme')
ITV plc announces that employees were granted options under the Scheme over ordinary shares of the Company with an exercise price of 66.6 pence on 13 September 2012.
A PDMR received options over shares as set out below, which will not be exercisable until 2 November 2015.
