Director/PDMR Shareholding
JSJS Designs plc ("JSJS" or "the Company") announces that it has been informed that on 28 August 2013 Frank Tiller, Director, transferred 2,350,000 ordinary shares in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at nil consideration to his ex-wife.
Following the transfer, Mr Tiller's beneficial interest in the capital of the Company, is 3,750,000 Ordinary Shares, equivalent to 0.6846 per cent. of the Company's voting share capital.
