In accordance with DTR 3.1.2, Wilmington Group plc announces that Neil Smith, a PDMR, on 8 April 2009 purchased 10,000 ordinary shares in the Company at 90p through his self-invested pension fund. His resultant holding of ordinary shares is 270,000 which is 0.33% of the issued share capital with voting rights.
