Purchase of Shares by a Director

On 23 December 2014, Charlemagne Capital Limited ("Charlemagne", the "Company"), was notified of a purchase of shares in the Company by Jacob Johan van Duijn, a non-executive Chairman of the Company.

On 19 December 2014, Dr van Duijn purchased 200,000 Ordinary Shares of US$0.01 each at a price of 12.25 pence per share.

As a result of this purchase, Jacob Johan van Duijn now has an interest in 200,000 Ordinary Shares of US$0.01 each or 0.07% of the total number of Ordinary Shares of US$0.01 each in issue.
