DIRECTOR/PDMR SHAREHOLDING

The Company announces that on 1st December 2014, Mr Peter Baker, the Non-Executive Chairman, purchased 46,000 ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"), at a purchase price of 65p.

Following Admission, Mr Baker will hold 46,000 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.1% per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
