DIRECTOR'S SHAREHOLDING

The Company announces that on 9 October 2012 Ms Caroline Brown, a director and Chief Financial Officer of the Company, was granted an award of options (the "Options") over 100,000 ordinary shares of 2.5p nominal value in the company ("Shares") under the company's Long Term Incentive Plan 2006 as nil-cost options. The options will be exercisable, subject to satisfaction of certain performance conditions, between 9 October 2015 and 8 January 2016. No consideration was paid for the grant of the award.

Ms Brown now holds options over 100,000 Shares.
