The Company has been informed that on 1 February 2011 Anthony Grahame Stott acquired 250,000 ordinary shares of 1p each ("Ordinary Shares") at 65 pence per Ordinary Share. Following this transaction Mr. Stott is interested in 250,000 Ordinary Shares in the Company, representing 0.29% of the Company's current issued share capital with voting rights.
