MALVERN, PENNSYLVANIA, AND STAFFORD, UK, 2 September 2010 - PuriCore(LSE: PURI), the water-based clean technology company focused on developing and commercialising proprietary, green solutions that safely, effectively, and naturally kill infectious pathogens, announces it has been informed that on 1 September 2010, Chris Wightman, Executive Chairman, transferred 132,075 shares to his SIPP at 53p per share.
Following this transaction, there is no change in Mr Wightman's beneficial interest in the Company. Mr Wightman remains interested in 178,810 Ordinary Shares of the Company representing 0.79% of the Company's current issued share capital with voting rights.
