Driver, the global construction consultancy, announces that it has been informed that Steve Driver, executive Chairman, has sold 1,162,790 shares in the Company at a price of 21.5p per share.
Steve Driver continues to be interested in 2,615,930 shares in the Company, representing approximately 9.92 per cent. of the issued share capital.
