The Company was notified today that Nick Hewson, a Director of the Company, purchased 11,154 ordinary shares of 5 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 62 pence each on 10 May 2012.
Following this transaction Mr Hewson has an interest in 145,040 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 1.00% of the issued share capital of the Company.
