The Company was notified on 5 January 2010 that on that day, Margaret May, the wife of Brian May, Chief Executive Officer, purchased 50,000 ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company ('Ordinary Shares') at a price of 37 pence per share. 

As a result of this transaction Brian May is now interested in 355,000 Ordinary Shares representing 0.59% of the issued share capital of the Company.
