Leroy J. Meyers, VP Operations has invested $8,816 by way of a subscription to40,000 New Ordinary Shares at the closing price on 23 July 2007 of 10.75 pence.Mr. Meyers' shareholdings now total 40,000 common shares, representing less than.001% of the total issued share capital of the Company.
