DIRECTOR'S DEALING
The board of Creightons plc (the "Company") was informed that Bernard Johnson, a director of the Company, yesterday purchased 140,000 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 3.5p, representing approximately 0.26 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
Following the purchase, Bernard Johnson's beneficial holding is 3,484,569 ordinary shares representing approximately 6.40 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
