Wynnstay Properties PLC01 December 2006 Wynnstay Properties PLC (the "Company") Director's Shareholding The Company was notified on 1 December 2006 that on that date Mr. CharlesDelevingne, a non-executive director of the Company, purchased 5,000 ordinaryshares in the Company at a price of 400 pence per share.
