Notification of Transactions by Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities('PDMRs')

In accordance with Disclosure and Transparency Rule 3.1.4R(1)(a), the Company hereby notifies you that, on 31 August 2012, a person connected with Victoria Jarman, a non-executive director and PDMR, purchased 14,000 Ordinary Shares of 1p each in the Company at 69.35p per share.

Following this transaction, Mrs Jarman's interest in the Ordinary share capital of the Company is 14,000 shares.
