PDMRs' Shareholding

Mr M J Stevens, Property Director of the Company, has notified the Company that he has exercised an award under the Company's Performance Share Plan in respect of 2,918 Ordinary shares of 5p in the Company on 12 January 2009. An award of 16,032 shares was granted on 4 October 2005, but due to some of the performance conditions in respect of the Award not being met, the award vested in respect of 2,918 shares.

Following the exercise, Mr Stevens holds 19,918 Ordinary shares of 5p in the Company, representing 0.03 per cent. of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.
