Driver Group, the global construction consultancy, announces that Damien McDonald, the Company's Finance Director, today purchased 10,000 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 33 pence per share.
Following this purchase, Damien McDonald is interested in 10,000 ordinary shares in the Company representing 0.04 per cent. of the issued share capital.
