The Company has been informed that on 27 August 2010 Frank Chapman, a non-executive Director, sold 1,540,000 shares at 113 pence each. Following this transaction Frank Chapman has given assurances to the Company that he does not intend to sell any further shares for at least the next 12 months.

Following this transaction Frank Chapman holds 4,000,000 ordinary shares in the Company representing 10.0% of the Company's current issued share capital.
