The Board of PLUS Markets Group plc (the "Company") announces that on 21 December 2010 it received formal notification from Giles Vardey (Chairman), Cyril Theret (Chief Executive Officer) and Nemone Wynn-Evans (Chief Financial Officer) that on 21 December 2010 they acquired ordinary shares in the Company.

Giles Vardey purchased 250,000 ordinary shares at a price of 1.95 pence per share. As a result of this transaction, Giles Vardey holds 377,456 ordinary shares which represents 0.10% of the entire issued share capital of the Company.

Cyril Theret purchased 250,000 ordinary shares at a price of 1.95 pence per share. As a result of this transaction, Cyril Theret holds 521,428 ordinary shares which represents 0.13% of the entire issued share capital of the Company.

Nemone Wynn-Evans purchased 250,000 ordinary shares at a price of 1.95 pence per share. As a result of this transaction, Nemone Wynn-Evans holds 734,681 ordinary shares which represents 0.19 % of the entire issued share capital of the Company.
