Director/PDMR shareholding
The Company has today been notified that, John Samuel, a Director, transferred 190,548 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in Renew ("Renew Shares") to his spouse, at nil cost on 23 January 2014.
Following this transaction, John Samuel and his connected persons continue to hold 240,548 Renew Shares representing 0.4% of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.
