DEALINGS BY DIRECTORS

Pursuant to the disclosure rule 3.1 the Company is obliged to notify the RNS of Directors' holdings or interests of the Directors' or their connected persons in shares of the Company.

The Company was notified on 29 June 2011 that the following holding of GBP Ordinary Shares was acquired on 29 June 2011 and is beneficially held by Richard Hotchkis, a Director of the Company:

1,500 GBP ordinary shares at GBP 7.886 per share.

Following this purchase, Richard Hotchkis now holds a total of 1,500 GBP Ordinary shares in the Company.
