For immediate release 28 June 2007 LiDCO Group Plc ('the Company') NOTIFICATION OF TRANSACTIONS OF DIRECTORS, PERSONS DISCHARGING MANAGERIAL RESPONSIBILITY OR CONNECTED PERSONS

The Company was informed today that on 27 June 2007 Terry O'Brien purchased via his SIPP pension fund 120,000 ordinary shares of 0.5p at 13p per share. Terry O'Brien's total holding subsequent to the above purchase is 10,229,577 shares representing 8.64% of the issued share capital of the Company.

In addition, the Company was informed today that on 27 June 2007 Theresa Wallis purchased 37,037 ordinary shares of 0.5p at 13.5p per share. Theresa Wallis's total holding subsequent to the above purchase is 145,037 shares representing 0.12% of the issued share capital of the Company.
