Greenko, the Indian developer, owner and operator of clean energy projects, has today received notification from one of its non-executive directors, John Rennocks, of his acquisition today of 30,469 ordinary shares of EUR0.005 each in the Company ("Greenko Shares"), at a price of 87p pence per share. Following this acquisition, John Rennocks owns 74,990 Greenko Shares representing 0.05% of the issued share capital of the Company.
