Tate & Lyle PLC (the ‘Company’) has been informed that yesterday Javed Ahmed, a Person Discharging Managerial Responsibilities and his wife, Talat Ahmed, have jointly purchased 30,000 ordinary shares of 25 pence each in the capital of the Company (“Shares”) at a purchase price of 660.00 pence per share. Mr Ahmed now has an interest in a total of 3,086,837 Shares in the Company.
