DIRECTOR/PDMR SHAREHOLDING

K3, the IT solutions provider, announces that it received notification on 31 December 2008 from Mr Nigel Andrew Makeham, Chief Executive Officer, that on 24 December 2008 he transferred 191,290 Ordinary Shares of 25p each, representing 0.84% per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company, at a price of 62.40 pence per Ordinary Share, to Alliance Trust Pension Limited as trustees of the Alliance Trust personal pension plan for the benefit of Nigel Andrew Makeham.

The transaction does not affect the number of Ordinary Shares in which Mr Makeham has a beneficial interest, which is 759,139 Ordinary Shares representing 3.2 per cent. of the total shares in issue in the capital of the Company.
