Notification of Transactions by Directors/Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility and their Connected Persons

The Company announces that on 25th June 2009 it received notification from Filippo Sarti, a Person Discharging Managerial Responsibility in the Company, that on 25th June 2009 he exercised his right to acquire the following shares in the capital of the Company at nil cost:

* 151,998 ordinary shares awarded to him as nil cost options by the Company under its Long Term Incentive Plan on 3rd November 2005; * 346,324 ordinary shares awarded to him as nil cost options by the Company under its Co-Investment Plan on 21st March 2006.

As at 25th June 2009 Mr Sarti held an interest in an aggregate amount of 529,179 ordinary shares in the capital of the Company.
