19 March 2012 XP Power Limited Director's Dealings

XP Power Limited ("the Company") announces 1,416,838 XP Power Limited ordinary shares of 1p each ("Ordinary Shares") have been transferred from a trust of which Larry Tracey, Executive Chairman, is the principal beneficiary, into his own name. Subsequent to the transfer, Mr. Tracey's beneficial interest remains unchanged at 1,532,838 Ordinary Shares, representing 7.97% of the Company's issued share capital.
