The Company has been informed on 23 June 2011 that the number of 1p ordinary shares ('Ordinary Shares') in which Director Jean-Jacques Murray has an interest was incorrectly stated in the announcement dated 23 February 2006 as 407,845 Ordinary Shares. Mr Murray's current holding is in fact 410,845 Ordinary Shares representing 0.96% of the issued share capital.
