Director Shareholding

The Company has received notification that Gerald Ong Chong Keng, Non-Executive Director of Aseana Properties Limited, acquired 430,000 ordinary shares in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") on 16 November 2011 at a price of US$0.38 per share.

Following this acquisition, Gerald Ong Chong Keng holds a beneficial interest in 1,000,000 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.47% of the issued share capital of the Company (being 212,525,000 Ordinary Shares).
