Director's Shareholding
The Company was notified on 28 June 2011 that on that day Charles Matthews, the Company's Chairman, purchased 4,000 ordinary shares of the Company of 2 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 119 pence per Ordinary Share.
Following this purchase, Charles Matthews is interested in 14,000 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.03 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
