Interserve Plc (the "Company") was notified yesterday that the Trustees of the Interserve Share Incentive Plan 2009 had purchased on 10 January 2011 the following Ordinary Shares of 10 pence each in the capital of the Company at a price of 237.00 pence per share on behalf of the Executive Directors and Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities ("PDMRs") listed below:
