("Mytrah Energy" or the "Company")

The Company was informed on 15th January 2012 that Mr Peter Neville, a non-executive director of the Company, purchased 10,000 ordinary shares in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"), at a price of 86 pence per Ordinary Share, on 11th January 2012 (the "Share Purchase").

Following the Share Purchase, Mr. Neville owns a total of 10,000 Ordinary Shares (representing 0.006 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company). In addition, Mr. Neville has an option over 38,700 Ordinary Shares, at an exercise price of 95p.
