Grant of options under the ICAP plc Senior Management Long Term Incentive Plan (LTIP)
On the 24 November 2011 Mark Price was awarded 386,782 shares under the LTIP.
The vesting of this award will occur as follows:
·; May 2012 - 176,384 of the shares will vest;
·; May 2013 - 142,354 of the shares will vest;
·; May 2014 - 68,044 of the shares will vest.
This LTIP award will be satisfied by shares held in the Garban Employee Share Ownership Trust.
