Director Shareholding

The Company was notified on 15 December 2008 that on the 12 December 2008 Simon Redgrove transferred 14,688 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 72.5 pence per share to a SIPP belonging to Simon Redgrove. As a result of this transaction, Simon's disclosable interest in the Company remains unchanged at 2,170,754 Ordinary Shares representing 18.7% of the issued share capital of the Company.
