The Company has today been informed that on 27 June 2011 Mrs Valerie Owen, wife of Arthur Leslie Owen (known as Les Owen), acquired 100,000 ordinary shares of 1p each ("Ordinary Shares") at 67 pence per Ordinary Share.

Following this transaction Mr. Owen is interested in 209,503 Ordinary Shares in the Company, representing 0.25% of the Company's current issued share capital with voting rights.
