The Company announces that it received on 23 June 2009 notice from Mr C L Nicolson, a director and the chairman of the Company, of the following trade in Ordinary Shares of 4p each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares"):

Following the above transaction, Mr Nicolson's beneficial interest in the Company's shares is 641,731 Ordinary Shares, which is equivalent to 1.16% of the Company's issued share capital.

Additionally, Mr Nicolson is a director of Albemarle & Bond Trustee Limited, the Trustee of the Albemarle & Bond Pawnbrokers Limited Employee Benefit Trust, which holds 390,667 Ordinary Shares and is equivalent to 0.71% of the Company's issued share capital.
