The Company has been notified that Stuart Bridges, an executive director of ICAP plc, has today acquired 25,000 ordinary shares in the Company. The shares were acquired at a purchase price of £4.277 per share. Following this transaction, Stuart Bridges has an interest in 50,000 ordinary shares in the Company.
