On 18 September 2009, 3i Infrastructure plc (the "Company") was notified that on 16 September 2009 Peter Sedgwick, Chairman of the Company, purchased 3,500 ordinary shares in the Company ("Shares") at a price of 100.8p per Share. The transaction took place on the London Stock Exchange.
