London Capital Group Holdings PLC12 December 2006 London Capital Group Holdings plc ("London Capital" or the "Company") Grant of options to director The Company announces that on 7 December 2006 it granted options over a total of40,000 ordinary shares of 10p each in London Capital ("Ordinary Shares") to Mr.Gandhi, Finance Director, under the Unapproved Share Option Plan, at an exerciseprice of 142p. The options may be exercised after 6 December 2009.
