Name of PDMR and/or connected persons: Mr Paul Boughton and a person connected to Mr Boughton

The Company was notified on 17 November 2014 that on 17 November 2014:

· Mr Boughton purchased 12,550 ordinary shares of 20p each in the Company at a price of 273p each; and

· A person connected to Mr Boughton purchased 9,150 ordinary shares of 20p each in the Company at a price of 273p each.

Following these transactions, the total interest of Mr Boughton and a person connected to Mr Boughton in the issued share capital of the Company has increased to 48,950 ordinary shares of 20p each representing 0.0378% of the issued share capital of the Company.
