Director / PDMR Shareholding
Lighthouse Group plc (AIM: LGT), one of the UK's largest Independent Financial Advice and Wealth Management groups, announces that Alex Scott-Barrett, a director of the company, today purchased 150,000 ordinary shares in the company at a price of 23 pence per share. Mr Scott-Barrett was not previously interested in the shares of the company. His resulting holding represents approximately 0.12% of the company's issued share capital and total voting rights.
