London & Associated Properties PLC ("LAP")

On 30 June 2009 John A Heller, a director, sold 180,000 shares from of his personal shareholding in LAP to Metroc Limited, a company of which he is a director and which will now be one of the companies through which M A Heller (Chairman of LAP) and his family hold a substantial interest in LAP. The sale was made through the market at 38p per share.

Directors and PDMR's beneficial holdings following this transfer are nowamended as follows- TRANSFER OF NEW TOTAL SHARES HOLDING % ISSUED SHARESJ A Heller -180,000 1,258,744 1.62%

The interest of M A Heller & his family (including J A Heller) in LAP is now 43,857,931 shares representing 56.35% of the issued share capital of LAP net of Treasury shares.
