NOTIFICATION OF TRANSACTIONS OF DIRECTORS/PERSONS
DISCHARGING MANAGERIAL RESPONSIBILITY AND CONNECTED PERSONS
Millennium & Copthorne Hotels plc ("the Company") has been notified that on 18 May 2012, the following director (and persons connected to them) were allotted new ordinary shares at a price of 487.7 pence per share under the Company's Scrip Dividend arrangements:
Mr Wong Hong Ren: 4,688 shares (Connected persons)
Following this transaction, Mr Wong's respective total shareholdings (aggregated, where appropriate, with those of his connected persons) are:
