Frenkel Topping Group plc (the "Company") announces that it has been informed that Julie Dean, a director of the Company, today transferred 52,100 ordinary shares of 0.5p each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") into her SIPP and Richard Fraser, a director of the Company today transferred 227,272 Ordinary Shares into his SIPP. Both transfers were completed at a price of 58 pence per share. 

Following these transfers, Julie Dean remains beneficially interested in 1,290,707 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 1.7% of the current issued share capital of the Company and Richard Fraser remains beneficially interested in 3,868,875 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 5.2% of the current issued share capital of the Company.
