The Company was informed on 28 October 2009 of the following purchase by a Director of the Company's ordinary shares of 25 pence ("Ordinary Shares") on 28 October 2009:

Martin May, Chief Executive Officer, purchased 10,000 Ordinary Shares at a price of 250 pence per share, following which he has a beneficial interest in 585,000 Ordinary Shares representing 0.504 per cent of the issued share capital and total voting rights of the Company.
