Chemring Group PLC ("Chemring" or "the Company") announces that on 26 January 2018 35,375 1p ordinary shares in the capital of the Company were sold on behalf of Sarah Ellard, a director of the Company. 27,253 of these shares were sold in order to satisfy the tax and national insurance liability arising on the vesting of Mrs Ellard's conditional award over 57,607 1p ordinary shares on 26 January 2018 (also announced today).
