('Goldenport' or the 'Company'), (LSE: GPRT) announces that under the terms of the Company's Scrip Dividend Offer relating to the 2010 final dividend as approved in the AGM held on 11 May 2011, a total of 606 shares were allotted to members of the Board of Directors and Management that elected for the scrip dividend instead of the cash dividend, on 17 May 2011 as follows:
