Transfer of Directors Holdings

The Company has been notified that on 25 March 2010 that Dr D Pendlebury, a Person Discharging Managerial Responsibility within the Company, transferred 23,000 Ordinary shares of 25 pence each in the Company ("Shares") into his spouse's name, Mrs G Pendlebury. Immediately following this transaction:-

1 Dr D Pendlebury's total holding is 262 shares.

2 Dr D Pendlebury's wife's total holding is 42,500 shares.

3 Dr D Pendlebury's total beneficial holding remains unchanged at 42,762 shares (0.16%)
