DIRECTORS' DEALINGS

The Company has been notified on 7 June 2016 that Hanover Investors bought 100,000 Ordinary Shares of 2p each ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company on 7 June 2016 at a price of 215p per share.

Following this, Hanover Investors and its connected parties are interested in 209,728 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.36% of the Company's issued share capital. Matthew Peacock, Non-Executive Chairman, has an indirect beneficial interest in the shares held by Hanover Investors.

The Company has also been notified on 7 June 2016 that Jog Dhody, Chief Financial Officer bought 15,000 Ordinary Shares in the Company on 7 June 2016 at a price of 215p per share.

Following this, Jog Dhody is interested in 23,469 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.04% of the Company's issued share capital.
